Cora thrives on creating materials that are visually appealing and genuinely helpful to clients. Whether she’s designing documents or crafting marketing campaigns, her goal is to simplify complex information and present it in a way that helps empower clients to make informed financial decisions.

The people at Merit Advisors inspired Cora’s journey into the financial services industry. Knowing their good work and commitment to helping clients achieve their goals motivated her to join the team. While she didn’t initially plan to enter this field, Cora’s desire to make a meaningful impact through her work found a perfect match at Merit Advisors.

A Mount Vernon Nazarene University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design, Cora focused her studies on media and marketing, equipping her with the skills to communicate effectively through design. Her ability to take large amounts of content and distill it into clear, accessible formats sets her apart in her role. Cora finds immense satisfaction in knowing that her work directly contributes to helping people find the financial resources they need to work toward the retirement they envision.

Outside of the office, Cora is deeply rooted in her community and close to her family, which includes her mom, dad, five younger siblings and her beloved pets — a mini golden retriever named Maverick and three cats named Gimli, Chewbacca and Rocket. She is passionate about running, a love she cultivated on the cross country and track teams at MVNU. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and has a keen eye for photography.
