Finley

Finley joined the team in 2025 and quickly became part of our firm’s culture. Calm, composed and quietly charismatic, he brings a steady presence to the office. He is usually found napping in his favorite corner or the middle of the hallway and offering moral support during long strategy sessions. When he’s not overseeing team morale or keeping a watchful eye on lunch meetings, Finley takes his role as Director of Pawsitive Client Experience seriously, often initiating impromptu play breaks to lift spirits. His specialties include stress reduction, hallway patrol and maintaining a healthy nap-to-activity ratio.
